Adds home blocks to _pages.scss (art hero, server-status strip with unknown/online/offline states, pitch prose, four-up steps grid) and deletes the superseded paste-into-widget home.html + preview — home now lives in nodebb-plugin-westgate-pages as templates/home.tpl.
