As title. Purely cosmetic, but matches the rest of the website.

Duplicate of ShadowsOverWestgate/sow-nodebb-plugin-wiki#17 — the watch button and its icon are rendered by the wiki plugin, not the theme. Fixed there in PR ShadowsOverWestgate/sow-nodebb-plugin-wiki#26 (eye → bell). Closing as duplicate.
