Companion to sow-nodebb-plugin-pages PR #2. Adds the home blocks to _pages.scss (art hero, two-server status strip with unknown/online/offline dot states, pitch prose, four-up steps grid) and deletes the superseded paste-into-widget home.html + preview. Docs/comments updated to point at the plugin template.
