docs: agent-facing documentation pass

Add guidance map, purpose, and usage sections to AGENTS.md; replace sibling-repository paths with repo name + Gitea URL. Includes pending working-tree changes. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
